Product Description: Renesis (Roxadustat) is a the first-in-class, oral tablet that promotes erythropoiesis through the endogenous production of erythropoietin (EPO) near physiological range. Upon administration, roxadustat binds to and inhibits HIF-PH (Prolyl Hyroxylase) , an enzyme responsible for the degradation of transcription factors in the HIF family under normal oxygen conditions. This prevents HIF breakdown and promotes HIF activity. Increased HIF activity leads to an increase in endogenous erythropoietin Production. It also upregulates the distribution, metabolism and absorption of iron within the body as well as downregulates hepcidin which is responsible for improper intracellular iron transportation. Therefore, Renesis (Roxadustat) can induce endogenous production of mature HB plump with iron. Renesis (Roxadustat) is indicated for treatment of adult patients with systematic anemia and functional iron deficiency anaemia associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD), Chemotherapy induced anemia and chronic disease induced anemia. Product Description:Xalcort is a preparation of Deflazacort INN which is an oxazolone derivative of prednisolone, possess similar effect like prednisolone but relatively fewer side effects than prednisolone. Deflazacort provides anti-inflammatory action by inhibiting Phospholipase A2 enzyme which is responsible for prostaglandin synthesis. Besides Deflazacort decreases the release of certain chemicals that are important in the immune system. By decreasing the release of these chemicals, Deflazacort provides immunosuppressive action.

Product Description: Atorvastatin is a liver-selective, competitive inhibitor of 3-hydroxy-3-methyl-glutaryl-coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase, the rate-limiting enzyme that converts 3-hydroxy-3-methyl-glutaryl-coenzyme A to mevalonate, a precursor of sterols, including cholesterol. It lowers elevated LDL cholesterol levels, resulting in a substantial reduction in coronary events and death from coronary heart disease. Atorvastatin lowers plasma cholesterol and lipoprotein levels by inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase and cholesterol synthesis in the liver and by increasing the number of hepatic LDL receptors on the cell-surface to enhance uptake and catabolism of LDL. Atorvastatin reduces LDL production and the number of LDL particles. The HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors can increase plasma HDL levels in some patients, resulting in an additional lowering of risk for CHD.
